Electro technicians may work in all the branches of economy at: designing, constructing, testing, and exploiting devices, installation and electric systems networks also with the application of modern information technologies.
SECOND CYCLE DEGREE PROGRAMME
The programme lasts 3 semesters in the daily, full – time mode – S (on site) and 4 semesters in the part – time mode – NS (extramural).
They are completed with obtaining a Master’s degree (magister inżynier).
Among the educational contents there are e.g.:
- advanced issues of the theory of circuits,
- electromechanical drive systems,
- electric measurements of non – electrical units,
- disturbances in electro energetic systems,
- numerical methods in technology,
- electro energetic stations and networks,
- diagnostics of insulation systems,
- sustainable sources of electrical energy,
- energy markets.
Major:
- Industrial electro energetics (S, NS).
The assessment granted by the National Accreditation Committee and the Accreditation Committee of Technology Universities to the department guarantees a high level of education quality.
