Grant MINIATURA 4.0 - dr inż. Aleksandra Kawala-Sterniuk
Dr inż. Aleksandra Kawala-Sterniuk from the Department of Drive Automation and Robotics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Automatics Control and Computer Science received funding from the National Science Center under the Miniatura 4.0 entitled “Application of Bayesian Classifiers to Improve Non-invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces”.
As part of the grant entitled “The Application of Bayesian Classifiers to Improve Non-Invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces”, research will be carried out to improve the brain-computer interfaces using the above-mentioned classifiers. The research will be carried out at a partner university – VSB-Technical University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic.
Dr inż. Kawala-Sterniuk is already cooperating on one research grant at this university, and the obtained funding will allow to tighten the already existing scientific cooperation between the two centers. The research interests of the doctor are related to the analysis of biomedical signals and are of an interdisciplinary nature.
